This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations and Quality Assurance Manager at CRACKERJACK TRAINING LIMITED in Birmingham. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards are met, implementing process improvements, and managing a team to deliver exceptional training programs as well as teaching EARLY YEARS LEVEL 2 AND 3 QUALIFICATIONS 4 DAYS PER MONTH ONLY DURING TERM TIME.
