Crabtree & Hill Ltd has been established for over 45 years and work from our office facility that is based in Rawdon, Leeds. We have a team of field engineers that complete projects around the world and as a company, we consistently aim to deliver a quality, reliable and committed service to each of our clients. As we continue the growth process of our company, we are looking for a proactive Office Admin Assistant to assist our current staff and ensure the existing operations continue to run smoothly.

WHAT WE REQUIRE

We are searching for a candidate who meets the following requirements:-

· Self-motivated and ambitious.

· Reliable and punctual.

· Demonstrates the ability to perform key tasks.

· Has strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Can work as part of a team.

· Ability to converse with sub-contractors and service providers.

· Competent on Microsoft word and excel.

· Willing to learn new CRM software with training.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

The key responsibilities for the successful candidate are as followings:-

· Operate the company CRM system.

· Manage sub-contractors and suppliers.

· Arrange travel requirements & bookings.

· Assist existing facilities operations staff where required.

· Assist existing account staff where required.

· Operate Microsoft Word & Excel software.

· Manage the in-house Parts department.

· Assist with project reports.
