Overview
Our client is a Top 100 UK law firm with a well-established and highly regarded reputation in the personal injury market. Due to continued growth, the firm is now looking to recruit an experienced Serious Injury Litigator to join its personal injury team.
Position
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a caseload of multi-track personal injury claims, predominantly road traffic accident (RTA) matters, typically valued between £125,000 and £250,000. You will manage cases through the full litigation lifecycle, from initial review through to settlement or conclusion, with appropriate supervision where required. The role involves regular liaison with a range of stakeholders, including solicitors, defendants, councils, and clients, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to further develop their technical expertise within a high-quality personal injury practice while working within a supportive team environment.
