We are working in partnership with a well‑established and highly regarded legal services provider to recruit an experienced RTA Fee Earner to join their growing Personal Injury team. This opportunity is ideally suited to a candidate with a strong background in handling fast‑track Road Traffic Accident (RTA) claims and a sound understanding of the MOJ Portal process.

This is a busy and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to manage your own caseload of non‑infant RTA claims from instruction through to settlement while delivering excellent client service and maintaining compliance with all relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.

The Role

As an RTA Fee Earner, you will take responsibility for managing a caseload of fast‑track personal injury claims through the MOJ Portal, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and within key procedural deadlines. You will review and assess claims, obtain and analyse supporting evidence, liaise with clients and third parties, and prepare all necessary legal documentation to support successful claim outcomes. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, you will provide regular updates, handle enquiries professionally, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the lifecycle of each claim. The role will involve regular communication with insurers, medical experts, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth progression of matters. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate case records, updating internal systems, and ensuring compliance with internal processes and industry regulations. In addition, you will work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to ongoing improvements in team performance, efficiency, and service delivery.

About You

The successful candidate will have previous experience managing a caseload of RTA or fast‑track personal injury claims and possess a strong working knowledge of the MOJ Portal process. You will be highly organised, capable of managing competing priorities, and confident working within a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and external contacts. You will have strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem‑solving, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications is highly desirable.

What's on Offer

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected and accredited legal organisation that is committed to employee development, career progression, and continuous improvement. You will benefit from a supportive working environment, ongoing professional development opportunities, and the chance to further your career within a successful and growing Personal Injury department.
