CRA Consulting is partnering with a growing Yorkshire law firm to recruit an experienced Employment Litigation Solicitor for its expanding Wakefield office. This role provides an excellent opportunity for an ambitious solicitor to join a firm that continues to invest heavily in its people and long-term growth strategy.
The Opportunity:
- You will join an established and supportive team handling a broad range of contentious employment matters, acting for a varied client base across Yorkshire and beyond.
- The firm is ideally seeking someone with a minimum of 4 years PQE who is comfortable managing matters independently and able to provide practical, commercially focused advice to clients.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing a caseload of employment litigation matters from instruction through to conclusion.
- Advising clients on a broad range of contentious employment law issues.
- Handling matters including:

- Disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Settlement agreements
- Redundancy and restructuring matters
- Employment Tribunal claims
