CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a highly regarded and growing claimant personal injury practice that is looking to recruit an EL/PL Personal Injury Executive to join its successful team in Wakefield.

The Role
You will manage your own portfolio of Employer's Liability (EL) and Public Liability (PL) fast-track claimant matters, delivering exceptional client care from instruction through to settlement. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a caseload of claimant EL/PL personal injury files.
- Delivering outstanding client care throughout the lifecycle of each claim.
- Investigating liability, causation and quantum.
- Drafting witness statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
- Negotiating settlements with insurers and third parties.
- Identifying litigation opportunities where appropriate.
- Securing interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation where required.
- Maintaining regular client contact through a task-based case management system.
- Progressing files proactively to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
What we're looking for
We are keen to speak with candidates who have experience handling claimant personal injury matters and who enjoy building strong client relationships. Ideally you will have:
- Experience managing EL/PL personal injury claims.
- Knowledge of MOJ Portal, non-portal and litigated claims.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload.
- A proactive approach and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client service.
- Experience of disease or RSI claims would be advantageous but is not essential.

- Salary £26,000 - £37,500 depending on experience.
