Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential sale matters from instruction through to completion
- Preparing contract documentation and responding to enquiries
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Progressing transactions efficiently, ensuring timelines are met
- Supporting fee earners on residential purchase transactions
- Assisting with post-completion processes where required
