A well-regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Property Case Handler to join its expanding conveyancing team. The Opportunity
This role offers a high level of responsibility and autonomy, with the successful candidate managing their own caseload of residential sale transactions while also supporting colleagues on more complex purchase matters. Key Responsibilities
- Managing a caseload of residential sale matters from instruction through to completion
- Preparing contract documentation and responding to enquiries
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Progressing transactions efficiently, ensuring timelines are met
- Supporting fee earners on residential purchase transactions
- Assisting with post-completion processes where required
- Delivering a consistently high level of client service
About You
- Previous experience handling residential conveyancing matters
- Confident managing your own caseload, particularly sale transactions
