Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of RTA & EL/PL litigated claims from instruction through to settlement or trial.
- Assess liability and quantum, gathering and reviewing evidence to support case strategy.
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and other key legal documents.
- Conduct negotiations with defendants, insurers, and third parties.
- Provide clear advice and updates to clients throughout the litigation process.
- Work to court deadlines and ensure compliance with procedural rules.
