Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities
- Working closely with a senior director, servicing a litigated caseload of intermediate-track / multi-track RTA, employer liability & public liability personal injury claims, valued between £25,000 and £150,000.
- Conducting case reviews following disputes in liability, cases with complexity, where settlement & costs proposals are rejected, where further investigations are required etc.
- Allocation of administrative tasks as / when required.
- Attending hearings, preparing cases and instructing counsel as / when required.
