This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious litigation professional to manage files through the full litigation process, from initial review through to settlement or trial. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high standards of client care while progressing matters efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing a litigated caseload across personal injury, data breach, and group litigation matters
  • Drafting pre-action correspondence and reviewing liability evidence
  • Assessing supporting documentation and advising on case strategy
  • Instructing Counsel on liability, quantum, and procedural matters
  • Liaising directly with clients and attending conferences where required
  • Taking witness statements and advising clients on special damages
  • Instructing medical experts and reviewing medical evidence
  • Negotiating settlements and making strategic offers throughout the lifecycle of a claim
  • Preparing and managing key litigation documentation, including: Claim Forms and Particulars of Claim, Directions Questionnaires, Part 18 Requests and Applications, Listing Questionnaires
  • Conducting litigation in line with court directions and procedural deadlines
  • Assisting with trial preparation, attending hearings, and supporting advocacy requirements where appropriate
Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess strong litigation experience together with excellent organisational and communication skills. You will be confident managing your own caseload, maintaining high levels of client care, and working effectively within a busy and fast-paced legal environment. Experience within personal injury, group litigation, consumer claims, or data breach litigation would be highly advantageous.
