You will be joining an established, supportive team handling high-quality residential conveyancing matters connected to new build developments and plot sales. For individuals with experience in new build conveyancing or plot sales, this role offers a fantastic chance to use your technical skills within a commercial developer setting whilst avoiding many of the pressures associated with private practice.

What you'll be doing
- Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters relating to new build developments and plot sales
- Assisting with the legal process from reservation through to completion
- Liaising with panel solicitors, buyers, lenders and internal departments
- Supporting the wider legal team with development-related conveyancing work
- Reviewing legal documentation and ensuring transactions progress efficiently
- Providing commercially focused legal support to the business
- Working closely with sales and operational teams to help drive smooth completions
