The Opportunity

CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded national legal services organisation to recruit a Family Law Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive into its growing Sheffield based team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Lawyer looking to join a modern, forward-thinking legal business offering high quality privately funded work, strong internal support and genuine flexibility around home and office working. What you'll be doing:

  • Managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters
  • Advising clients on divorce, separation, financial matters and children issues
  • Conducting negotiations and progressing matters proactively
  • Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate records using the case management system
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider legal team
  • Supporting junior members of staff where appropriate
  • Delivering a high standard of client care throughout the life cycle of each case
