A pioneering conveyancing business that is part of an esteemed and well-established law firm operating across England and Wales is looking for a Senior Residential Conveyancer to join their Sheffield team.
As a Senior Residential Conveyancer, you will manage and oversee a varied portfolio of residential property transactions, ensuring a seamless process for clients while mentoring and supporting your team.
Key Responsibilities:- Run a High-Value Caseload: Manage complex residential property transactions with a focus on delivering outstanding service.
- Meet and Exceed Targets: Drive individual and team performance, achieving KPIs and SLAs while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Build Relationships: Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
