About the Firm and Role

CRA Consulting are working in partnership with a modern, established and growing firm. They are a people first organisation that treats their clients and staff with respect, dedication and care. The successful candidate will be joining a law firm going from strength to strength in multiple regions.

This role will see you play a pivotal role in advising clients on all aspects of the purchase and sale of residential properties, encompassing both freehold and leasehold transactions. This position involves managing your own caseload, supporting the Residential Property team, and contributing to the growth and development of the department. You will also be expected to proactively seek business leads and leverage marketing opportunities for the sustained success of the department.

Role Overview & Introduction

  • Advise clients on all aspects of freehold and leasehold residential property transactions.
  • Manage a varied caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, new builds, right to buy, and shared ownership purchases.
  • Handle residential property transactions from initial instruction to completion.
  • Provide support to the Residential Property team and assist the head of the department in departmental growth and development.
  • Proactively seek and secure business leads, contributing to the marketing efforts of the Residential Property department.
