Role Overview
As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will be instrumental in managing a diverse caseload of conveyancing transactions, demonstrating expertise from initiation to completion. This position is perfect for a dedicated professional with a robust background in conveyancing, excellent problem‑solving abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding client service.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently manage a comprehensive caseload of conveyancing files, including but not limited to sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Deliver expert legal advice, ensuring a seamless and effective conveyancing process for all clients.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external contacts through effective communication and professional conduct.
- Conduct meticulous legal research and ensure all transactions comply with current laws and regulations.
- Utilize conveyancing software and case management systems efficiently to enhance workflow and client service.
Candidate Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years\’ experience in conveyancing with a track record of managing a caseload independently.
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer in England and Wales.
- Exceptional communication skills, organisational prowess, and a detail‑oriented approach.
- A positive, client‑centric attitude and the ability to resolve issues efficiently.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
