Position
As a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor, you will manage a varied caseload of property litigation matters, acting on behalf of a broad client base which may include commercial landlords, tenants, developers, and investors. Your caseload will include a range of contentious real estate matters such as landlord and tenant disputes, lease renewals, possession claims, dilapidations, and other property-related disputes. You will be responsible for delivering clear, commercially focused advice and representing clients in negotiations and, where required, court proceedings. You will work closely with colleagues across the wider property and disputes teams, contributing to a collaborative approach to client service. The role will also involve developing and maintaining strong client relationships, as well as supporting business development initiatives. You will have the opportunity to further develop your technical expertise and advocacy skills within a supportive team environment, contributing to the continued success and growth of the department.
