CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded and growing national law firm to recruit an experienced Senior Associate into their expanding High Net Worth Private Client team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 5+ years PQE who is looking to take the next step within a sophisticated and high-quality private client practice, advising high net worth individuals, business owners, entrepreneurs and corporate clients across a broad range of complex matters. The firm has built an excellent reputation nationally for the quality of its work, collaborative culture and modern approach to flexible working. This role offers genuine autonomy, strong progression prospects and the opportunity to join a team with an existing warm caseload from day one. The position would particularly suit an ambitious private client lawyer who enjoys relationship‑led advisory work and wants exposure to more complex estate planning, wealth preservation and corporate support private client matters within a commercially minded environment. Responsibilities

  • Managing a high-quality caseload of private client matters for high net worth individuals and families
  • Advising on wills, trusts, estate planning and wealth preservation
  • Handling complex probate and estate administration matters
  • Supporting business owners and corporate clients with succession planning
  • Working closely with other departments including Corporate, Commercial and Property teams
  • Building and maintaining long‑standing client relationships
  • Assisting with business development and networking activities
  • Providing technical guidance and support to junior team members where appropriate

Qualifications

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
  • Ideally 5+ years PQE within Private Client
  • Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts, probate and estate planning
  • Experience working with high net worth clients would be highly advantageous
  • Commercial and client‑focused approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ambitious individual looking for long‑term progression
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across multiple offices and teams
