CRA Consulting is recruiting a Residential Conveyancer / Newly Qualified Solicitor to join a growing property team based in Nottingham. This role is ideal for a newly qualified solicitor or an experienced conveyancer with a minimum of two years' residential property experience. The firm is known for its client‑focused practice and strong emphasis on long‑term client relationships and exceptional client care.

The Role

  • You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload with appropriate supervision and support, handling a broad range of matters including:
    • Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
    • Transfers of equity
    • Remortgages
    • New build transactions
    • Shared ownership matters
    • Right to Buy transactions
  • Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and third parties
  • Providing an efficient and professional service throughout the transaction process

About You

Applications are welcomed from:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitors with residential property experience gained during training
  • Licensed Conveyancers
  • Legal Executives
  • Residential Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 years' fee‑earning experience
