This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced property lawyer seeking a varied role that combines both Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing work within a modern, forward‑thinking legal practice.

The Opportunity

You will join a busy and collaborative property department handling a mixed caseload of commercial and residential property matters. The firm is looking for someone who enjoys variety in their workload and is confident managing transactions independently while building strong long‑term client relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for a commercially minded Solicitor or Legal Executive who wants to broaden their experience across both sectors while benefiting from the support, flexibility and resources of a larger national practice.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a mixed caseload of Commercial Property and Residential Conveyancing matters
  • Handling acquisitions, disposals, leases and landlord & tenant matters
  • Managing residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Advising developers, investors, business owners and private individuals
  • Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents and third parties throughout transactions
  • Supporting business development and networking initiatives
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients
  • Working closely with colleagues across the wider property team nationally
