CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded national law firm with multiple offices across the UK to recruit an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor for its growing Nottingham office. This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor looking to join a progressive and well-established firm that continues to invest heavily in both its people and property offering. The firm has built a strong reputation within the commercial property market and acts for a broad range of clients including developers, investors, SMEs, owner-managed businesses and national organisations.

Opportunity

You will join a successful and expanding Commercial Property team handling a broad and varied caseload of transactions across a range of sectors. The firm offers a supportive structure with experienced senior lawyers, strong marketing support and genuine opportunities for progression. This position would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor who enjoys client contact, wants exposure to quality transactions and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a modern and ambitious national practice.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
  • Handling acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant work and development matters
  • Advising clients on leases, refinancing and secured lending transactions
  • Supporting developers, investors and commercial clients across a range of sectors
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients
  • Assisting with business development and networking initiatives
  • Working closely with colleagues across multiple offices and departments
