An exciting opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Construction Solicitor to join a thriving non-contentious construction team based in Leeds . This role offers the chance to work with a high-quality, loyal client base that includes developers, contractors, and major corporate and commercial clients.
You\’ll be given the autonomy to manage relationships and become a key point of contact for both internal stakeholders and external clients, working on complex and high-value matters across the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and negotiate a wide range of construction documents including building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and related agreements.
- Advise clients on procurement strategies, project structuring, and risk allocation.
- Provide specialist construction input on cross-departmental matters, particularly in real estate, banking, and corporate transactions.
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and trainees, contributing to their development and knowledge-sharing.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships and actively participate in business development initiatives.
