Job Title: New Build Residential Conveyancer β (Hybrid working available)

About the Firm/Role
Our client is a well-established regional law firm with a strong reputation for quality service and a commitment to their local community. Due to continued growth within their property department, they are now seeking an experienced New Build Conveyancer to join their busy and expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a varied caseload of new build transactions and develop your career within a forward-thinking and well-respected firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Point of contact for new build purchase clients
- Review contracts and development-specific documentation.
- Carry out Help to Buy / Shared ownership scheme requirements and meet tight developer deadlines.
- Raise and deal with complex pre-contract enquiries and title issues.
- Liaise with developers solicitors, site offices and lenders throughout the process.
- Ensure swift exchange and completion in line with reservation deadlines.
About You
- Ideally a newly qualified through to 3 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Strong understanding of new build work (or a keen interest and willingness to specialise)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple files to strict timescales.
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner will be considered.
