I am delighted to be representing a highly regarded and award-winning regional law firm in their search for an accomplished Multi-Track Personal Injury Litigator to join their growing South Yorkshire team. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with a strong grounding in RTA, Employers' Liability, Public Liability and serious injury litigation, particularly within the multi-track arena, who is looking to progress their career within a supportive, forward-thinking and genuinely people-focused firm.

Location Based in Sheffield, the role offers excellent accessibility with strong transport links, making it an ideal option whether you're commuting from across South Yorkshire or already established locally. The firm also embraces flexible and hybrid working, recognising the importance of balancing high-quality work with a sustainable working pattern.

About the Firm Our client is a well-established and respected personal injury practice, known for delivering exceptional results for clients while maintaining a strong internal culture. The firm has built an enviable reputation for:

  • Investing in its people
  • Promoting from within
  • Supporting long-term career development
  • Offering a genuinely collaborative and friendly working environment

Unlike many volume-driven PI teams, this firm places real emphasis on quality over quantity, ensuring fee earners are supported with appropriate caseloads, strong supervision, and excellent systems. This is not just another fee-earning role - it's a chance to join a growing and ambitious department where your experience will be valued and your progression actively encouraged.

The Role You will take ownership of a high-quality multi-track caseload, with a strong emphasis on:

  • Serious injury matters
  • Employers' Liability (EL)
  • Public Liability (PL)
  • Complex RTA claims

You'll be trusted to manage files from instruction through to resolution, handling litigation confidently while delivering a consistently high standard of client care. You'll also work closely with experienced colleagues on more complex and high-value matters, particularly where catastrophic injuries are involved.

What they're looking for:

  • A Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (or equivalent experience)
  • Demonstrable experience handling multi-track personal injury cases
  • Strong background in RTA, EL, PL and/or serious injury work
  • Confident running litigated matters with minimal supervision
  • A collaborative team player who values quality, professionalism and client care

What's on offer:

  • Competitive salary, reflective of experience
  • Generous annual bonus scheme
  • Hybrid working to support work-life balance
  • A supportive, close-knit team environment
  • Access to Perkbox discounts (local and national savings)
  • Long-term progression within a stable and growing PI department

Interested? If you're a multi-track personal injury lawyer looking for better quality work, genuine support and clear career development, I'd welcome a confidential conversation.
