Job Title: Multi Track Litigator (RTA)
Location: Leeds City Centre (with hybrid working & flexibility)
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 + bonuses
Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities:

  • Directly report to the Litigation Team Leader, taking responsibility for a caseload of complex and/or high-value Claimant Personal Injury claims.
  • Act as a professional ambassador for the firm, ensuring all client matters are handled with the utmost professionalism according to internal procedures.
  • Efficiently manage clients\’ claims through the firm\’s technical processes, ensuring thorough documentation and accurate time recording.
  • Adhere to detailed procedures and quality standards as outlined in the firm\’s manual and client protocols, ensuring all client work is managed accordingly.
  • Conduct comprehensive investigations into incidents and claim values, undertake necessary legal research, and compile and review evidence.
  • Assess personal injury claim values and financial loss recoverability, seeking counsel advice as needed.
  • Provide precise legal advice to clients, manage their expectations, and maintain fairness throughout the claims process.
  • Negotiate settlements favourably for clients, adhering to instructions and keeping the legal expenses provider informed.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for court proceedings, compliance, and final hearing readiness.
