Due to ongoing growth, our client is seeking ambitious and client-focused Family Law Solicitors and Chartered Legal Executives to join their established teams across a number of UK offices. This opportunity would suit both newly qualified and experienced family law professionals looking to develop their career within a supportive, modern, and progressive environment.
The Opportunity
Joining a collaborative and well-supported department, you will manage your own privately funded family law caseload covering a broad range of matters from initial instruction through to conclusion. Unlike many traditional private practice environments, the firm provides a consistent flow of quality work, allowing fee earners to focus on delivering excellent client service without the pressure of generating their own following. You will also benefit from dedicated administrative support, modern systems, genuine career progression opportunities, and a flexible hybrid working structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters
- Advising and supporting clients through sensitive legal issues
- Conducting negotiations and progressing matters efficiently
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence

- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) status
