Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse caseload of pre-litigated & litigated liability and property / corporate claims, providing a cradle-to-grave service from first notification of loss through to litigation.
  • Handling third-party personal injury and property damage claims, as well as first-party property matters of significant value.
  • Acting for a wide range of clients, including insurers, Lloyd's Syndicates, MGAs, loss adjusting firms, and self-retained policyholders.
  • Supporting the wider team on complex and high-value matters, including coverage and cross-border investigations through the firm’s international network.
  • Working collaboratively within a forward-thinking team that embraces innovation, technology, and modern working practices.
