- Supporting case strategy, costs, billing governance, and settlement planning
- Contributing to QA, risk management, and technical compliance
- Using MI and performance data to improve outcomes and productivity
- Mentoring senior colleagues and helping develop future technical leaders
- Collaborating closely with Team Leaders, Technical Leads, and senior management
- Playing an active role in embedding best practice and business-wide improvements
What they are looking for:
- Solicitor, FILEX or equivalent professional background
- 8+ years' PQE
- Strong track record in high-value, multi-track Serious Injury / RTA litigation
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or coaching senior fee earners
- Excellent technical knowledge of CPR, costs, funding, and litigation strategy
- Comfortable working within a performance-led environment
- Confident using case management systems (Proclaim ideal, not essential)
- Commercially aware, organised, and emotionally intelligent
Key Technical Strengths:
- Multi-track litigation (including cost budgeting)
- Liability, quantum, and evidential strategy
- High-value special damages claims
- Billing oversight, MI interpretation, and performance analysis
- Training, competency assessment, and technical development
- Risk management on £100k+ Serious Injury cases

- £57,600 - £72,000 basic salary
- Fully remote working (with occasional, agreed office attendance)
- 35-hour working week
- Agile, adult working culture with real flexibility
- Clear leadership structure, objectives, and support
- Genuine long-term progression into senior technical or operational leadership
- Exposure to some of the highest-value Serious Injury work in the UK market
