Overview
Our client is a well-established Legal 500 law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and exceptional client care. Due to growth within their Serious Injury team in Liverpool, they are looking to recruit a Serious Injury Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join their specialist team.
Position
The successful candidate will handle an intermediate and multi-track caseload of serious injury matters within the specialist team, working on litigated cases and providing high levels of client care. You will assist senior lawyers on multi-track files, support the development of junior team members, and attend conferences and meetings as appropriate. Where you have the appropriate rights of audience and experience, you will represent clients at hearings. Regular contact with clients, both by telephone and in person, will involve providing progress updates and professional support in line with best practice standards. You will also ensure the confidentiality of all documentation and undertake any other duties reasonably required within the limits of your capabilities.

The firm offers a competitive salary (dependent on experience) with hybrid working based in Liverpool City Centre.
