Due to continued growth, the firm is now looking to recruit a Litigator to join its defendant motor injury / credit hire team/s.
Position
The successful candidate will handle a litigated defendant motor injury and/or credit hire caseload, working across a range of personal injury, RTA, and credit hire matters. The caseload will primarily focus on fast-track, intermediate-track, and multi-track claims, depending on experience. You will represent leading road and motor insurance clients, with responsibility for litigation planning, mediation strategy, and achieving effective case resolution. This role offers exposure to high-quality defendant work within a well-resourced and supportive team environment.
