This is a rare opportunity to join at Director level from day one, leading and growing a Residential Property Development offering within a highly respected South Yorkshire firm. If you are a commercially astute Property Development Solicitor with strong regional developer relationships and a genuine appetite to build something significant - this is your platform.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and expanding the firm's Residential Property Development offering across South Yorkshire
- Acting for regional and national housebuilders and developers on site acquisitions, disposals and strategic land matters
- Advising on option agreements, conditional contracts, promotion agreements and development funding
- Driving business development activity and leveraging your existing developer network
- Working closely with Corporate, Commercial Property and Planning colleagues across multiple offices
- Contributing at Board / strategic level as a senior leader within the firm
What They're Looking For
- 5-10+ years PQE (or equivalent) within Residential Property Development
- Strong, demonstrable developer contacts within South Yorkshire and the wider Yorkshire region
- Commercial mindset with a track record of fee generation and client growth
- Ambition to step into a Director-level leadership role
- Long-term interest in equity participation
