This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive looking to join a high-performing, well-resourced team, with genuine investment in people, systems and long-term career progression.
The Opportunity
You’ll be joining a market-leading claimant personal injury team, handling a quality multi-track caseload with the support of experienced leadership, strong supervision, and first-class infrastructure. The firm has an outstanding reputation for technical excellence, staff development and work-life balance, making this role ideal for someone looking to progress without sacrificing flexibility.
What you’ll be doing
- Managing your own multi-track personal injury caseload
- Handling matters typically valued £25,000+, including complex RTA and injury claims
- Running files from issue through to resolution
- Working closely with senior lawyers and team leaders on more complex points
- Delivering excellent client care throughout the lifecycle of each case

- Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
- Solid experience handling multi-track personal injury claims
- Confident running files autonomously with minimal supervision
- Strong litigation, negotiation and client-handling skills
