CRA Consulting are delighted to be working with an established and award-winning law firm seeking a Junior Residential Property Conveyancer to join their busy and collaborative team in Mansfield.

The Opportunity

You'll play an important role within the residential property department, assisting with and managing transactions from instruction through to completion. This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your technical knowledge, develop your career further, and gain hands-on experience within a supportive office-based environment. The role is fully office-based, providing the opportunity for close mentoring, ongoing training, and strong team collaboration throughout your development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting with residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion
  • Managing multiple files while maintaining excellent levels of client care
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and lenders
  • Drafting legal documentation and correspondence
  • Using case management systems effectively to progress matters efficiently
  • Supporting the wider conveyancing team with day-to-day transactional work

About You

Applications are welcomed from candidates who:

  • Have experience assisting with residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
  • Are looking to progress into a Junior Conveyancer role or are already working at this level
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Are proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Are comfortable working with legal case management systems and digital tools
  • Can work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Desirable (but not essential)

  • Formal conveyancing qualifications or training (CLC, LPC or equivalent)
  • Experience handling client communications and drafting legal documentation
