- Salary: £30,000 to £55,000 (depending on qualification status / experience)
- Location: Macclesfield

Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities
- Managing a varied caseload of industrial disease claims, including (but not limited to) noise-induced hearing loss, hand-arm vibration syndrome, asbestos-related disease, and respiratory claims.
- Conducting matters from instruction through to settlement or trial, including drafting pleadings, witness statements, and instructions to counsel or experts.
- Undertaking detailed liability and quantum investigations, gathering evidence to support the claim.
- Engaging in negotiations and alternative dispute resolution to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- Managing interactions with medical experts, counsel, insurers, and defendants\’ representatives.
- Ensuring compliance with the firm\’s case management procedures, SRA regulations, and all relevant protocols.
- Maintaining high standards of client communication, providing clear and empathetic advice throughout the litigation process.
