CRA Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded London practice for an experienced Family Locum Solicitor to provide office-based cover over a busy period.
The Role
- Handling a purely private family law caseload
- Work focused mainly on divorce and financial remedy / ancillary relief matters
- Advising, drafting and negotiating on all aspects of separation and financial settlements
- Managing files autonomously from instruction through to conclusion
- Liaising with counsel, experts and clients as required
About You
- Qualified Family Solicitor (or equivalent) with solid private family experience
- Confident running divorce and financial remedy files independently
- Able to pick up an existing caseload and hit the ground running
- Comfortable working office-based in London

- Start: ASAP
- End date: Until end of January
- Rate: £50-£55 per hour - self-employed
