Location: London (office-based)

Rate: £50-£55 per hour (self-employed) or £45 per hour (PAYE)

Contract: Locum, ASAP start - end of January

CRA Consulting are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded London practice for an experienced Family Locum Solicitor to provide office-based cover over a busy period.

The Role

  • Handling a purely private family law caseload
  • Work focused mainly on divorce and financial remedy / ancillary relief matters
  • Advising, drafting and negotiating on all aspects of separation and financial settlements
  • Managing files autonomously from instruction through to conclusion
  • Liaising with counsel, experts and clients as required

About You

  • Qualified Family Solicitor (or equivalent) with solid private family experience
  • Confident running divorce and financial remedy files independently
  • Able to pick up an existing caseload and hit the ground running
  • Comfortable working office-based in London

Assignment Details

  • Start: ASAP
  • End date: Until end of January
  • Rate: £50-£55 per hour - self-employed
  • £45 per hour - PAYE
