CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded regional law firm to recruit a Part-Time Employment Solicitor. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Employment Lawyer looking for flexibility, high-quality work, and a genuinely supportive working environment. The firm has a strong reputation across Derbyshire and offers a collaborative culture with a real focus on work-life balance.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing a varied caseload of employment law matters
- Advising both employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious issues
- Handling matters including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE
- Drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements
- Providing pragmatic, commercially focused advice to clients
- Supporting the wider team with business development where appropriate
