Role: Employment Senior Associate Solicitor
Location: Remote (North-West England) with 1-2 days per month in Leeds
Salary: £50,000 to £75,000 Negotiable, DOE + excellent benefits
Contract: Full time, permanent (part-time considered)

The Opportunity

CRA Consulting are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Employment Solicitor to join a highly regarded Claimant-focused Employment Rights Team. This is an excellent chance to work on a broad range of matters with a supportive, progressive firm that has a long-standing reputation for quality and client service.

The Role

You will manage your own caseload, providing advice and representation to clients across a wide range of sectors including transport, manufacturing, healthcare, education, sport, and the public sector. Work will involve:

  • Advising and representing clients in tribunals and courts on employment and industrial relations issues.
  • Acting for trade union and professional association members, as well as private individuals.
  • Building client relationships and contributing to the team\\\'s business development strategy.
  • Producing written content and supporting wider marketing initiatives.
  • Taking part in regular training, team meetings, and client engagement across the North-West.

About You

We are seeking a solicitor with 4 years PQE+ (or equivalent experience) in Employment Law. You will demonstrate:

  • Excellent technical knowledge and litigation experience.
  • A strong claimant focus and passion for employment rights.
  • Outstanding client care and communication skills.
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to work both independently and within a supportive team.
