The role is for a Family Law Locum Solicitor (3 days/week) at an award-winning regional firm, based in Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Start on Monday 3 November 2025 for a 3-week assignment. Hourly rate £40–£50 per hour (DOE).

What you’ll handle:

  • Divorce/finances (FDRs, consent orders, Form E preparation)
  • Private children matters (C100, Child Arrangements)
  • Non-molestation/occupation orders as required
  • Drafting, file progression, client meetings, advocacy/admin as needed

What we’re looking for:

  • Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with solid family law experience
  • Confident running files autonomously in an office-based setting
  • Strong client care, quick to pick up systems, able to hit the ground running
  • Available 3 days per week for the full assignment (from 3 Nov)
