CRA Consulting are delighted to be once again working with a highly respected regional law firm that is one of the leading commercial law firms across Yorkshire and Derbyshire region. This is an exciting opportunity as the firm continues to grow across multiple practice areas; this particular opportunity sits within their newly created construction department. Following sustained growth in developer work and an expanding national client base, our client is now seeking a Construction Solicitor with 3+ PQE to help drive and shape this new practice area.
This is a rare opportunity to take a central role in building a department from the ground up, supported by a highly reputable full-service firm known for its commercial approach, collaborative culture, and strong client relationships.
The Role
- You will work across a varied mix of contentious and non-contentious construction matters, supporting an already extensive portfolio of developer clients while also helping to broaden the department's reach across new markets.
- Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a busy, client‑facing construction caseload
- Advising on a range of construction documentation and disputes
- Leading on business development initiatives
- Supporting the marketing and growth of the newly formed Construction department
- Playing an influential role in shaping the future of the team

About You
- 3+ years PQE in Construction law (contentious and non-contentious)
