Clinical Negligence Solicitor (NQ – 5 years PQE)

Overview
Our client is a leading regional law firm with a strong reputation for excellence in clinical negligence and personal injury work. The firm is home to a number of Legal 500 recognised lawyers and is well regarded for its collaborative culture, high-quality legal services, and commitment to professional development. Due to continued growth, the firm is looking to recruit a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join its expanding department in Sheffield City Centre. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor seeking challenging work, hybrid working, and clear career progression within a respected and established practice.
Position
The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior Partner to provide comprehensive legal support and advice in relation to medical negligence matters. You will manage your own caseload with some supervision and assist the Partner with higher‑value and complex cases. The role includes reviewing medical records, witness statements, reports, and other documentation, liaising with clients, counsel, colleagues, and key stakeholders, and ensuring matters progress efficiently. You will also oversee allocation of administrative support on files as required and maintain a high standard of client care throughout.

This is a full‑time, permanent position based in Sheffield City Centre, offering a flexible hybrid working model. The role is suited to a Clinical Negligence Solicitor with relevant post‑qualification experience and offers a competitive salary, dependent on experience.
