The Opportunity

CRA Consulting is delighted to be working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Buxton as they look to appoint an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join their growing Private Client team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a 5+ PQE Solicitor or Legal Executive to join a firm with a strong local reputation, loyal client base and a genuine focus on delivering high-quality, client-centred legal advice. The firm offers a supportive and collaborative working environment, alongside flexible hybrid working and clear opportunities for progression.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage a varied and interesting Private Client caseload, including:
    • Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning
    • Probate and estate administration
    • Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
    • Trust creation and administration
    • Inheritance Tax planning
    • Providing clear, empathetic advice to clients and families

You will also have the opportunity to:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Play a key role in the continued growth of the department
  • Get involved in networking and business development activity
