Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities- Managing a busy caseload of mainly claimant & some respondent employment law matters
- Providing expert legal advice across a wide range of employment law issues
- Handling early conciliation, tribunal preparation and representation
- Drafting and reviewing legal documentation including pleadings, witness statements and correspondence
- Conducting investigations and taking statements
- Qualifying claims and assessing merits
- Advising and assisting with settlement agreements
- Occasional representation or support with court hearings & tribunals
- 25 days holiday + bank holidays
