Role Overview & Daily Responsibilities
  • Managing a busy caseload of mainly claimant & some respondent employment law matters
  • Providing expert legal advice across a wide range of employment law issues
  • Handling early conciliation, tribunal preparation and representation
  • Drafting and reviewing legal documentation including pleadings, witness statements and correspondence
  • Conducting investigations and taking statements
  • Qualifying claims and assessing merits
  • Advising and assisting with settlement agreements
  • Occasional representation or support with court hearings & tribunals
