You’ll work exclusively on high-value Serious Injury matters alongside some of the most experienced practitioners in the market, supported by dedicated assistant fee earners, paralegals, Counsel and medical experts.

The Role
- Manage a caseload of complex, high-value RTA Serious Injury claims.
- Develop litigation strategy from initial instruction through to settlement or trial.
- Lead on liability, quantum, rehabilitation and interim payment strategy.
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, Counsel, medical experts and rehabilitation providers.
- Mentor and support junior lawyers and assistant fee earners.
- Contribute towards maintaining exceptional technical standards across the team.
- Play an active role in the continued growth of one of the UK's leading claimant Serious Injury practices.
What we're looking for
- 8+ years' PQE (or equivalent senior-level experience).
- Extensive experience handling complex Serious Injury or Catastrophic Injury claims.
- Strong technical knowledge of liability, quantum and High Court litigation.
- Exceptional client care and communication skills.
- Previous experience supervising or mentoring junior colleagues.
- A collaborative approach and sound commercial judgement.
