Overview
Our client is a Top 100 UK law firm with a strong and long-standing reputation in the serious injury market. In recent years, the firm has modernised its working environment and operational procedures, placing a clear focus on agile working, work-life balance, and a supportive culture. Due to steady business growth and increasing workloads, the firm is now looking to recruit an Assistant Solicitor to join its highly regarded Serious Injury department. The team handles a broad range of claims, from £25,000 through to multi-million-pound cases, and the role can be performed on a hybrid or remote basis.
Position
The successful candidate will support a Grade A or Grade B fee earner on a varied caseload of serious and catastrophic personal injury claims from inception through to conclusion. You will provide comprehensive assistance on high-value personal injury matters, including reviewing and analysing key evidence, expert reports, documentation, and relevant legal policies and procedures. The role involves liaising with key stakeholders in support of the file handler and working closely with them on trial preparation, hearings, and post-case conclusion activity. This position offers excellent exposure to complex, high-value work within a well-established serious injury team.
