- Assist individuals with personal care tasks, including dressing, washing, bathing, and meals.

- Complete domestic tasks related to daily routines and individual needs.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, events, and care plans.
- Administer medication as instructed and update risk assessments.
- Attend staff meetings, supervision sessions, and training.

- Knowledge of health and safety and risk assessments in care environments.
- Experience with care planning.
- Commitment to undertake mandatory and vocational training.
