Job Description
Support Worker
We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team and provide assistance to individuals in need. The Support Worker will be responsible for offering emotional support, helping with daily activities, and promoting independence. The ideal candidate should have a compassionate nature and a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing emotional support and companionship to individuals in need
- Assisting with daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and household chores
- Encouraging independence and self-esteem in individuals through positive reinforcement
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in the individual\βs behaviour or health to the appropriate personnel
- Following care plans and ensuring that the individual\βs needs are met in a respectful and dignified manner
Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar role is preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team as well as independently
- Knowledge of basic care and support principles
