3 months contract with local authority. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Team Manager dedicated to supporting young people in remaining with their families when safe. The ARC Manager will play a crucial role in developing and managing the ARC programme, overseeing a team of Support Workers, a Deputy Manager, and coordinating with trained therapists. This position is integral to expanding our adolescent services, ensuring a comprehensive response to their needs. The ARC Manager will implement evidence‑based practices to maintain high standards within the team and collaborate with various sectors of the Local Authority and other services.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the ARC programme.
- Lead and supervise a team of Support Workers and a Deputy Manager.
