The Front Door Team Service collaborates with partners to enhance resilience and housing stability as part of the Early Help strategy.
- Provide expert advice and collaborate with partners to prevent or delay homelessness.
- Work to prevent individuals from entering temporary accommodation or becoming street homeless.
- Serve as a Homeless Housing Coordinator within the Initial Assessment Team to prevent homelessness.
- Experience with welfare, homelessness reduction act, housing and homelessness policy, case law, legislation, and practice.
- Knowledge of courts, possession orders, evictions, and homelessness decision-making.
- Experience in safeguarding vulnerable adults and children.
- A good general standard of education with strong written and verbal skills.
