Responsibilities
- Conduct home visits for preliminary technical inspections and advise on feasible adaptation schemes for disabled individuals.
- Coordinate with contractors and manage asbestos works on‑site.
- Perform post‑visit inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
- Promote and safeguard the welfare of children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
- Address and prevent disputes related to partnering arrangements.
- Develop and execute customer satisfaction surveys to ensure high satisfaction levels.
