The Role

Joining an experienced and well-regarded Family department, you will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters while benefiting from the support and expertise of a collaborative team. The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of family law issues, providing clear, pragmatic, and empathetic guidance during what can often be challenging and sensitive circumstances. The role offers a strong level of autonomy, alongside opportunities to work alongside senior colleagues on more complex matters. Your caseload is likely to include:

  • Divorce and separation matters
  • Financial settlements and remedies
  • Private children disputes and arrangements
  • Cohabitation and relationship disputes
  • Prenuptial and postnuptial agreements
