This is a busy and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to manage your own caseload of non-infant RTA claims from instruction through to settlement while delivering excellent client service and maintaining compliance with all relevant procedures and regulatory requirements.
The Role
As an RTA Fee Earner, you will take responsibility for managing a caseload of fast-track personal injury claims through the MOJ Portal, ensuring cases are progressed efficiently and within key procedural deadlines. You will review and assess claims, obtain and analyse supporting evidence, liaise with clients and third parties, and prepare all necessary legal documentation to support successful claim outcomes. Acting as a key point of contact for clients, you will provide regular updates, handle enquiries professionally, and ensure a positive client experience throughout the lifecycle of each claim. The role will involve regular communication with insurers, medical experts, solicitors, and other stakeholders to facilitate the smooth progression of matters. You will be highly organised, capable of managing competing priorities, and confident working within a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and external contacts. You will have strong attention to detail, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Experience using case management systems and Microsoft Office applications is highly desirable.
